The Village of Tower Lakes is considering amending Title 10, “Zoning Regulations”, of the Village of Tower Lakes Village Code to allow garden fences and to address a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that signage must be “content neutral.”  A public hearing granting the public an opportunity to comment will be held on Monday, July 16, 7:00 p.m. at the Tower Lakes Village Hall, 400 N.
